Fixed scopes. Plain reporting.

Four engagements, priced up front. Most clients start with the audit and decide what happens next once they can see the numbers.

Revenue audit

We follow the money end to end — every source of enquiry, what it costs, and what happens to it after it lands. You get a written verdict, not a dashboard login.

  • Review of ad accounts, analytics, CRM and enquiry inbox
  • Cost per enquiry and per won order, by channel
  • Conversion and drop-off at each pipeline stage
  • Response time and follow-up analysis
  • Ranked 90-day action list with effort and expected impact
  • Ninety-minute walkthrough with both teams in the room

Proposition and message

For businesses that are good at what they do but sound like every other quote on the buyer's desk. We interview the people who bought and the ones who didn't, then write the language that separates you.

  • Six to ten customer and lost-deal interviews
  • Competitor message map
  • Positioning statement and proof points
  • Homepage copy, sales talk track and objection responses
  • A short guide so the team stays consistent after we go

Sales process and enablement

The unglamorous half, and usually the profitable one. We rebuild what happens between an enquiry arriving and an order being signed, then coach the team through using it.

  • Pipeline stages defined by buyer behaviour
  • Agreed definition of a qualified lead, signed off by both teams
  • Follow-up cadence, call structure and email templates
  • Proposal format and quote-chasing routine
  • CRM configured so reporting takes five minutes a week
  • Two coaching sessions with the sales team

Ongoing support

For clients who want us in the engine room rather than handing over a report. We agree what we're changing, what result counts as a win, and what happens if it doesn't work — before anything is spent.

  • Campaign planning and budget management
  • Two to four live experiments each month
  • Monthly pipeline review with the sales team
  • One-page report and a live review call
  • Rolling agreement, thirty days' notice either way

How an engagement runs

Stage 1

Diagnose

Read-only access to your accounts and CRM, plus a conversation with both teams separately. We find out what's really happening before suggesting anything.

Stage 2

Agree

Marketing and sales sign off one definition of a good lead and one set of numbers. Most of the friction disappears here.

Stage 3

Rebuild

We change the two or three things that matter most, at a size that can teach us something without risking the quarter.

Stage 4

Embed

Whatever works gets written down and handed over, so it survives us leaving and the next person joining.

Team reviewing performance figures together

Who this suits

Owner-led businesses turning over roughly £500k to £15m, usually with a small sales team and someone handling marketing alongside three other jobs.

We're a good fit if you want your own people to end up better at this. We're a poor fit if you want the whole function outsourced, or someone to post daily on social — we'll happily point you to people who do that well.

Not sure where the growth is going?

That's usually the right time to call. Thirty minutes, no slides, and you'll leave with at least one thing worth changing.
